2. Digital-Only Pre-paid Shipping
To ensure maximum security, streamline delivery, and maintain strict product handling safety,Β Herbs of the Earth operates on a 100% digital pre-paid model. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.Β All domestic orders must be fully paid for at checkout via our authorized payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, e-Wallets, or Digital Banking integrations).
3. Verification Requirements & Delivery Handover
- Secure Handover:Β Since your order is fully paid, the courier will hand the package over to any present occupant at the address provided. If you reside in a high-rise condominium, secure subdivision, or office building, please ensure your building reception or gate security is authorized to receive the parcel on your behalf.
- Failed Delivery Attempts:Β Our courier partners generally make up toΒ two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts fail because the recipient is completely unreachable or refuses delivery without a valid reason, the order will be flagged as "Returned to Sender" (RTS). Re-shipping fees will apply to release and re-send the parcel.

4. Undeliverable or Unclaimed International Packages
If a package is flagged by the international postal carrier as undeliverable, unclaimed, or rejected at the destination border due to unpaid customs duties:
- It is theΒ customer's strict responsibilityΒ to contact and follow up with the local postal carrier or customs office to resolve the issue.
- The customer must provide any additional documentation or funds required by their home countryβs regulations to secure the release of the parcel. Herbs of the Earth cannot intervene in foreign customs disputes.

2. Transfer of Risk & Mandatory Unboxing Video
- Fulfillment Boundary:Β Risk of transit loss, physical damage, or extreme climate exposure shifts entirely to the third-party postal courier partner upon our successful physical handover of the parcel.
- Mandatory Verification:Β Dietary supplements are highly sensitive items. To support claims for items damaged in transit or missing items,Β customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing videoΒ starting from a clear view of the unopened outer shipping pouch/box (including the printed waybill label) up to the actual opening and inspection of the individual supplement bottles. Without this objective video evidence, Herbs of the Earth reserves the right to deny transit-related replacement claims.
3. Address Modifications and Cancellations
Because our Shopify system automatically syncs orders with our fulfillment partners for immediate dispatch,Β address changes or order cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order status is marked as "Fulfilled" or a tracking number has been generated.Β Please verify all checkout details prior to submitting final payment.

During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions.

- TheΒ outer safety shrink-wrap and the inner safety bottle seal must be completely intact, unbroken, and untampered with.
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
- Any item that has been opened, partially consumed, or exposed to improper storage conditions by the consumer will beΒ automatically disqualifiedΒ from any return, exchange, or refund on the grounds of health and product safety.
4. The 7-Day Notification & Claim Window

- Failure to notify us within this 7-day period constitutes an absolute waiver of your right to claim a return or exchange under implied warranties.

To prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide clear, undeniable proof of purchase and product state. Your submission must include:
- Proof of Purchase:Β A copy of the Official Receipt (OR), sales invoice, or web order confirmation.
- Visual Evidence:Β Clear, unedited photographic or video evidence showing the defect, wrong item, or the unbroken seal of the bottle alongside its shipping label.

6. Method of Resolution (The 3Rs)
In accordance with DTI guidelines, if a claim is found valid upon our internal quality assurance inspection, Herbs of the Earth reserves the primary right to resolve the issue in the following sequential order:
- Replacement / Exchange:Β We will replace the item with an identical, brand-new product at no extra shipping cost to the buyer.
- Refund:Β If an identical product is out of stock or unavailable, a refund of the exact purchase price will be issued through the original mode of payment (or via an agreed bank transfer/e-wallet option). Please allow up to 7β14 business days for financial processing.
7. Exclusions from Liability
Herbs of the Earth shall not be held liable, and will deny return or refund claims, for:

3. The Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment:
- Digital Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Banking):Β The refund will be credited back to the card or bank account used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution's processing times, this typically takesΒ 7 to 14 business days.
- E-Wallets (GCash, Maya, etc.):Β The refund will be credited back to your verified e-wallet account withinΒ 3 to 5 business daysΒ following approval.

Our Shopify backend is automated to pack and ship orders quickly. Once an order payment is processed and a shipping tracking number has been generated, the orderΒ cannot be cancelled or modified, and a refund cannot be issued for a cancellation request.
